Our concert features Messe de Minuit pour Noël by Marc-Antoine Charpentier, a charming work that blends the rich tradition of French carols with the splendor of the Baroque era, and Morten Lauridsen’s Mid-Winter Songs, a captivating exploration of winter’s beauty through Robert Graves’ evocative poetry. The concert also includes the whimsical and festive charm of Pippa Cleary’s In the Snow and the timeless, nostalgic setting of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, made famous by Fred Waring and The Pennsylvanians.
