Join Charis Chamber Voices for a benefit concert featuring Morten Lauridsen’s beautiful work Lux Aeterna. This performance, accompanied by First Presbyterian’s Director of Music & Fine Arts, Terence J. Flanagan, on our magnificent Aeolian-Skinner organ, will be followed by a gala reception in the Common Room where you will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, wine, food, dessert, and a live auction. Some of our singers will continue the entertainment with lighter musical selection (solos & duets) around the piano. This special evening is a fundraiser for our May 3rd (Irvington Presbyterian Church) & 4th (FPC) concerts which will be accompanied by a string orchestra.
Tickets ($125 for one person, $200 for two).
