FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH CHOIR

The 48-voice First Presbyterian Church Choir is one of Fairfield County’s leading choral ensembles.  Their repertoire is extensive and stylistically diverse, from classical and traditional to lively spirituals and gospel anthems.  In addition to singing magnificent anthems each Sunday, the choir presents concerts of major works with orchestra  during Advent and Holy Week to capacity audiences.  The choir has also performed joint concerts with the Stamford Symphony Orchestra, the Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra, and the period-instrument American Classical Orchestra, as well as notable brass ensembles such as the Epic Brass Quintet of Boston, and the Monumental Brass Quintet of Washington, D.C.
